Augmented defence: what role for technology in a world under growing tension?
At Zero to One, the event organised by H7 in Lyon, AEGIR General Manager Nicolas Bordet joined Arnaud Danjean and Stéphane Cutajar on a panel about the growing role of emerging technologies in defence.
As global geopolitical balances are rapidly reshaped, AEGIR develops solutions that help perceive, understand and decide faster by turning vast amounts of available information into concrete operational advantage. These topics were at the heart of the discussion.
The panel also highlighted the challenges facing European Defence Tech start-ups: long procurement cycles, extreme operational requirements, sovereignty imperatives, and the need to accelerate the integration of innovation within armed forces.
Europe has the talent, the technologies and the entrepreneurs. The challenge now is to give them the speed, scale and resources needed to address tomorrow’s strategic challenges. Thanks to H7, Julien Marbouty and all the speakers.
